Hindu Satkar Samity is a unique organization, perhaps the only one in India, registered under Act XXI of 1860, engaged in carrying and cremating dead bodies of Poor, Homeless, Friendless & Helpless Hindus.
- The Samity was the first to make use of motor glass vans for carrying dead bodies.

Our Objectives
- To perform the necessary rites towards the dead bodies of Hindus, for which the help of the Samity is requisitioned.
- To help other Samity’s or private individuals in performing the same.
- To help the bereaved family in performing religious rites as Sraddha etc., where necessary.
- To arrange for the protection of the person and property of the children, widow and other dependants of the deceased, whenever necessary.
